As the Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for maximizing total revenues and profitability associated with guest rooms and meeting rooms.
Your strategic expertise will drive pricing, positioning, and inventory management. You will develop sales strategies, identify new revenue opportunities, and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities : Devise revenue strategies and evaluate their effectivenessOversee pricing, positioning, and inventory managementDevelop sales strategies and identify new revenue opportunitiesCommunicate pricing and sales strategies to stakeholdersAnalyze data and identify trends and obstacles to revenue goalsGenerate reports and updates on booking patternsManage relationships with stakeholdersRequirements Fluent in both English and ItalianStrong understanding and experience in Revenue ManagementInternational experience or international group experienceStrong RM expertise in MICE, Corporate and Leisure SegmentsStrong expertise in OTA Management and optimizationAction orientated with a drive for resultsAnalytical SkillsTech-savvyPositive approachCompetitive Compensation PackagePrestigious Work EnvironmentTravel and Hospitality PrivilegesHealth and Wellness BenefitsRecognition and Rewards
