**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Job description**:
Join the Amaris Consulting talent network as a **Planning Specialist** in the defence industry in **Trentinto Alto Adige**
**What Will You Do?**
- Participation in Budget and Forecast Activities: Follow the established periodic schedules with the Finance department and coordinate with PE&V.
- Periodic Cost Monitoring: Monthly verification of development costs for each project, providing reporting for PE&V and the Platform Head management.
- Support for Project Cost Monitoring: Assist the Chief Engineer and the "Concept Development" manager in monitoring project costs, ensuring the correct use of company tools such as SAP and HyPlan.
- Recording of Worked Hours: Manage the recording of worked hours on various projects and verify consistency with the project budget, including other internal and external costs.
- Operational Efficiency Support: Collaborate with the manager to identify and define implementations of methods/systems that ensure and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the function's activities.
