Job Description
All'interno del Team Brand Direction & Media Planning, supporta Brand Direction Expert e Social Media Expert nell'implementazione della strategia di Brand di ING Italia, contribuendo alla realizzazione di progetti strategici lato Brand Direction (tra cui l'ideazione e la pianificazione di eventi di medie dimensioni) e lato Social (tra cui la definizione del piano editoriale, supervisione del lavoro dell'agenzia, la produzione dei contenuti e il monitoraggio delle conversazioni su ING Italia e i suoi prodotti e servizi in rete e sui canali social).
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy : contribuisce allo sviluppo e alla messa a terra di progetti in linea con la strategia di Brand di ING in Italia;
Event Planning : partecipa all'ideazione, alla definizione e alla pianificazione di eventi di medie dimensioni (150-500 partecipanti) per diverse aree della Banca, interagendo con varie funzioni aziendali e consulenti esterni;
Social Media : contribuisce alla definizione del piano editoriale social di ING Italia e del magazine Vocearancio, in accordo con le priorità strategiche e raccogliendo anche input e necessità degli altri team e della forza vendita di ING; supervisiona la produzione dei contenuti da parte dei fornitori esterni e segue il processo di approvazione interna;
Community Management : supporta l'agenzia nel community management, interfacciandosi con i dipartimenti interni quando necessario.
Report e analisi : analizza le performance e i risultati relativi ai piani editoriali social e alle attività di Brand, per trarne insight utili.
Educational Qualifications
Laurea in Comunicazione, Marketing o affini.
Periodi di studio in contesti internazionali saranno considerati un plus.
Technical, Language and other Specialized Skills
Must have
Inglese: livello ottimo, scritto e parlato;
Conoscenza buona del Pacchetto Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
Dimestichezza con l'utilizzo dei canali social (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, e TikTok in particolare);
Ottime capacità di scrittura e copy-writing;
Senso pratico, attitudine al lavoro di team e al problem solving;
Creatività, pensiero out of the box.
Nice to have
Conoscenza di programmi di grafica (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
