Siamo alla ricerca di 1 risorsa da inserire come Business and Process Controller con esperienza nel ruolo e nel settore di almeno 5 anni. La risorsa riporterà gerarchicamente al Direttore Generale.
Responsabilità Sul piano BUSINESS la risorsa si dovrà occupare di:
Analizzare documenti e relazioni contabili e di produzione Monitorare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e garantire la coerenza con il budget aziendale (individuando eventuali scostamenti) Individuare le aree di miglioramento: area di risparmio, di incremento della produttività, di crescita delle vendite, etc Studiare i mezzi e gli strumenti più adatti per l'elaborazione dei dati e la trasmissione delle informazioni alla linea operativa Gestire l'aggiornamento dei dati di input necessari per il funzionamento del sistema di contabilità direzionale finalizzato alla generazione delle schede di costo prodotto e al calcolo a standard e consuntivo dei margini di prodotto. Eseguire, su indicazione o richiesta della Direzione Generale, le analisi sui costi e le eventuali simulazioni per la definizione dei livelli di marginalità di nuovi prodotti o di prodotti già in portafoglio. Sul piano PROCESS la risorsa si dovrà occupare di:
Eseguire valutazioni dei processi e delle attrezzature (layout) in ottica lean manufacturing Verificare gli obiettivi di produzione ed individuare le cause di scostamento Elaborare mensilmente la reportistica di produzione, mettendo in evidenza le cause di eventuali scostamenti tra dati di budget e performance effettiva e la reale efficacia dei miglioramenti effettuati Gestire e monitorare i dati di input e output del sistema NICIM al fine di misurare a consuntivo: rendimento operatore, rendimento macchina, efficienza totale macchina Redigere mensilmente il report di produzione per singola macchina con analisi scostamenti Actual Vs Budget Coordinare la reportistica di processo delle diverse società Requisiti Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia Aziendale (preferenziale); Conoscenza SAP, Nicim; Conoscenza tecnica MRP (Material Requirements Planning) per approvvigionamento materiale, impostazioni stock di sicurezza, batch di riordino minimo, distinte base; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta; #J-18808-Ljbffr
