All our job opportunities are open to candidates belonging to categorie protette L.68/99.Job Summary:The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for coordinating and supervising clients' social media strategies and relationships. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing tailored social media plans, and overseeing their execution. Additionally, the strategist will assist in presales activities, including drafting presentations and pitching strategies to potential clients.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy Coordination and Supervision: Develop and implement comprehensive social media, influencer marketing & digital PR strategies for clients across various industries.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to ensure strategies are meeting client goals.Provide regular updates and reports to clients on performance and suggested improvements.Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.Coordinate the team (Social Media Managers, Community Managers, Designers etc) and support on day-by-day needsBeing a key player and being actively involved in the preparation of presales materials, including drafting compelling slides and presentations (benchmarking analysis, trends & scenarios, social media assessments, content strategy, brief's solutions and so on).Participate in client pitches and presentations, showcasing the value of proposed social media strategies.Collaborate with the sales/support to sales team to identify client needs and tailor pitches to address those needs.Team Collaboration and Supervision: Work closely with social media managers, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.Supervise junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and succeed.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve client strategiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.4-5 years of experience in social media strategy and management (main channels: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest & more).Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.Strong understanding of various social media platforms and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.Previous experiences in Digital AgenciesAbility to create compelling presentations and pitch ideas effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.If you invest time in our Recruiting process, you will have all our commitment.
