Realtà in forte sviluppo nel settore immobiliare Veneto Il nostro clienteRealtà in forte sviluppo nel settore immobiliareRuolo Assicurare che il nostro cliente, diventi leader di mercato nel business delle agenzie immobiliari in tutte le zone in cui opera, in primis nel Centro/Nord-Italia, e garantire il conseguimento degli obiettivi assegnati di sviluppo della rete e della profittabilità della società; Tra gli obiettivi assegnati: numero di aperture delle agenzie in franchising, retention e sviluppo del business e delle performance di quelle già esistenti, raggiungimento della profittabilità del business agenzie immobiliari controllo dei costi Coordinare i suoi riporti diretti: Responsabile Marketing, Responsabile Sviluppo Rete, Area Manager, Responsabile Operation & Controller Definisce i budget e i forecast delle agenzie e monitora le performance delle agenzie sulla base dei principali KPI's e attiva le necessarie iniziative per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi È responsabile della supervisione, e del controllo della corretta applicazione in tutte le agenzie della Esperienza Cliente, del metodo operativo, dei processi di vendita, del corretto utilizzo del sistema gestionale e del rispetto delle linee guida aziendali Organizza e controlla la rete di vendita, partecipando in affiancamento negli incontri con potenziali concessionari o titolari di concessionarie già attive Analizza le tendenze di mercato delle agenzie immobiliari e dei clienti al fine di definire una strategia per superare i concorrenti È responsabile della comunicazione e promozione efficace del marchio nelle aree geografiche dove è presente attraverso specifici piani di marketing Assicura l'efficace implementazione della comunicazione, CRM e piani di marketing per attrarre leads, a livello nazionale e locale per le singole agenzie È responsabile: del coordinamento degli Area Manager, mantenendo e migliorando la motivazione e la professionalità dei collaboratori assegnando loro obiettivi e compiti, promuovendo la competenza professionale e valutandone i risultati della predisposizione del piano di sviluppo degli Area manager, con particolare attenzione alla loro formazione continua Il candidato prescelto laurea triennale/magistrale in un settore rilevante come l'amministrazione aziendale con approfondita conoscenza dei concetti di gestione delle vendite e delle operazioni strategiche da 5 a 10 anni di esperienza nel settore delle vendite in una posizione come quella di Sales Manager o ruoli assimilabili eccezionali doti di leadership e capacità analitiche per supervisionare le prestazioni di tutto il proprio team eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale comprovata capacità di guidare il processo di vendita end-to-end eccellenti capacità di ascolto, negoziazione e presentazione comprovata capacità di articolare gli aspetti distintivi dei servizi e dei prodotti rispetto al suo team sul campo conoscenza di come sviluppare soluzioni differenziate e realizzabili incentrate sul cliente comprensione di come posizionare le agenzie rispetto alla concorrenza conoscenza rilevante del settore immobiliare e/o franchising retail competenze informatiche: è richiesta la conoscenza delle applicazioni Microsoft Office, in particolare Word e PowerPoint, per creare report e presentazioni interne e per il vertice aziendale Cosa comprende l'offertaOttima opportunità di carriera.Job ref: JN
