Siamo alla ricerca di un MANUTENTORE TURNANTE di unirsi al nostro iconico hotel, il Four Seasons Milano in Italia
La figura farà riferimento all'Engineering Supervisor e sarà responsabile di diagnosticare e riparare sistemi, impianti ed attrezzature dell'hotel quali: impianti elettrici e di illuminazione, idraulici, di riscaldamento e condizionamento; domotica, componenti e attrezzature; dei sistemi di sicurezza e antincendio. Dovrà essere inoltre capace di operare su sistemi computerizzati di Building Automation.
Sarà responsabile nell'assicurare che ogni richiesta di assistenza venga accolta con la massima efficienza, cortesia e professionalità per conseguire il più elevato standard qualitativo ed assicurare la maggior sicurezza ed il più elevato comfort possibili ai nostri ospiti e dipendenti.
Le sue mansioni includeranno implementare e gestire la manutenzione preventiva di tutta l'attrezzatura, diagnosticare e gestire la riparazione dell'attrezzatura, rispondere alle richieste degli ospiti riguardo alla manutenzione delle stanze o delle aree comuni, rispondere tempestivamente alle emergenze relative alla manutenzione, installare o rilocare sistemi elettrici e meccanici quando necessario e prestare assistenza ai programmi di risparmio energetico nell'hotel.
Inoltre, sarà considerato un plus se disporrà di manualità e competenze per eseguire piccoli lavori di falegnameria e di riparazione di componenti in legno e arredi (mobili, lampade, rivestimenti, porte, boiserie, ferramenta, etc) di eseguire piccoli lavori di tinteggiatura, di sistemazione pavimentazioni, controsoffitti e altro.
In nostro candidato ideale per la posizione di MANUTENTORE TURNANTE deve avere: Esperienza comprovata nella manutenzione di strutture e impianti, preferibilmente nel settore alberghiero.Conoscenza tecnica della manutenzione generale di impianti elettrici, e/o meccanici, e/o idraulici, e/o antincendio, e/o domotica e qualsiasi altro impianto civile.Competenze di falegnameria e pittura saranno un plus.Ottime doti relazionali e la cortesia, l'integrità e trasparenza nell'operato, una grande esperienza tecnica, la precisione e l'attenzione ai dettagli e la passione per l'assistenza ed il problem solving.Deve essere munito di regolare permesso per lavorare in Italia, essere fluente nella lingua italiana e possedere un livello almeno basico di quella inglese.Siamo alla ricerca di talenti che condividano la nostra regola d'oro, il nostro credo, persone che per loro natura credano nel trattare il prossimo come vorrebbero essere trattati loro stessi.
