Nello specifico, la o il Candidato/a prescelto/a: Gestisce le richieste di supporto applicativo attraverso il sistema di ticketing risolvendole direttamente o gestendo collaborativamente l'escalation verso altri membri del team Collabora con il Cliente recependone le esigenze di processo che tradurrà in requisiti funzionali.
