Join us as a **Growth Product Manager**
**What you will be doing**
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse user data and identify growth opportunities for the product portfolio
- Manage A/B testing and experiments to optimize user engagement and conversion rates
- Develop and test product growth strategies (including pricing, advertising, and product launches) to help our products and brands flourish to their full, market-leading potential
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Work with the design and development teams to identify and prioritize product features that will drive growth
- Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and optimize them for maximum impact
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention
- Monitor industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our growth strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and behaviors

You have:
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in the last 2 years
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies
- Experience in A/B testing and experimentation
- Strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization
You are:
- Highly organized and able to work both in a team and independently
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- A very quick learner and adapts fast
- Proactive thinker, with the ability to 'think outside the box'
- Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial, and passionate about your work
**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock options plan available.
**The selection process**

Our selection process may vary in the number and order of steps but generally includes an HR interview, technical evaluation, and a final meeting in person.
