Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Buyer & Planning Specialist che avrà la responsabilità, per le linee di propria competenza, di gestire il processo degli acquisti di materiali e prodotti finiti destinati alla vendita ottimizzandone costi d'acquisto e disponibilità di magazzino.
La persona sarà inserita all'interno del dipartimento Supply Chain e riportando al Supply Chain Director si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Contribuire allo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti collaborando attivamente con la Direzione Marketing, la Direzione Tecnica, con il Regolatorio ed i terzisti; Gestire i fornitori esistenti ed effettuare una continua attività di scouting nazionale ed internazionale di nuove partnerships per l'acquisto di prodotti finiti, materie prime ed eccipienti; Contribuire al processo di demand planning lavorando a stretto contatto con la Direzione Commerciale e la Pianificazione; Effettuare analisi make or by definendo quali prodotti acquistare in conto lavorazione e quali in full service; Analizzare la disponibilità inventariale evidenziando eventuali criticità sia in termini di shortage, che di excess stock, che di obsolescenza; Gestire l'MRP per le materie prime, semilavorati e materiali di confezionamento; Negoziare le condizioni commerciali di fornitura (prezzi, lotti, scadenze, servizi, soluzioni alternative di fornitura) e monitorare il rispetto dei tempi. I Requisiti Formazione tecnico-farmaceutica (laurea in Farmacia, CTF, Biotecnologie); Precedente esperienza consolidata (circa dieci anni) in analoga posizione in aziende commerciali o di produzione operanti nel settore farmaceutico/nutraceutico preferibilmente con esperienza diretta nell'acquisto anche di materie prime, eccipienti, materiali di confezionamento; Dimestichezza con i sistemi ERP e con i principali strumenti analitici di elaborazione dati (tipicamente Excel); Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali, in particolare buone capacità comunicative e negoziali; Proattività e flessibilità in ottica di problem solving; Human Value is responsible for activities of Search & Selection (Aut.
