Importante Azienda Italia ricerca per Azienda metalmeccanica della Provincia di Parma:
- Product & Application Engineer
La risorsa individuata, a riporto del Product Manager, sarà Responsabile della linea di prodotti affidati, curandone il supporto tecnico, le proposte di miglioramento e la formazione.
Nel dettaglio si occuperà dello svolgimento delle seguenti attività:
- Elabora ed invia alla rete tutte le informazioni/documentazioni tecniche ricevute dalla Casa Madre e/o scaturite a seguito di segnalazioni o problematiche tecniche rilevate
- Aggiorna i manuali dei prodotti
- In collaborazione con il Product Manager, Identifica i mercati, gruppi di clienti, esigenze applicative, concorrenti e i canali di vendita
- Rilascia l'offerta economica e técnica interna
- Offre supporto tecnico in house e supporto tecnico on-site in caso di problematiche non risolvibili da remoto (viaggia all'estero per il 10% del tempo)
- Individua le necessità di formazione sulla base dello sviluppo dei prodotti e dei servizi proposti
- Effettua corsi di formazione sui prodotti, servizi, tool di diagnosi
- Attraverso il monitoraggio periodico dei ticket di supporto tecnico lavorati, delle info tecniche ricevute, delle informazioni condivise attraverso i forum, propone epubblica FAQ, Info tecniche, segnalazioni alla Casa Madre
- Propone azioni di miglioramento
Si richiede:
Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica, elettronica o industriale
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di 4 anni presso aziende industriali metalmeccaniche di medio grandi dimensioni, modernamente organizzate
Preferibile conoscenza di Navision
Buona conoscenza del disegno tecnico
Ottimo livello di Inglese e buona conoscenza del Tedesco
Ottime competenze comunicative e relazionali
Spiccato orientamento al cliente
Buone capacità organizzative e predisposizione al problem solving
Disponibilità a trasferte all'estero per il 10% del tempo
Si offre:
