These projects include assessments, audits, data analysis, business process analysis, implementations, and performance improvement engagements.Our primary focus is to apply these services in Asset Management and Operational Excellence within the Energy and Asset Intensive industries, though we are not limited to these sectors.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong interpersonal communication abilities. As a Consultant, you'll play a key role in the successful completion of client assignments, working both independently and under the guidance of senior consultants or managers.Additionally, you'll be involved in scoping new projects and collaborating with both new and existing clients, contributing to the development and growth of our businessYour tasksSupport and implementation of consulting and benchmarking projects in the energy and asset intensive industries in the areas such as Asset Management, Information Management and Change Management;Development of innovative solutions for strategic, tactical or operational issues;Accompanying the project cycle from the preparation of the proposal to the implementation and closure of the project;Participation in internal innovation management by working on your own future-oriented topic from conception to market readiness;Preparation and implementation of analysis and presentations.What we expect from youCompleted technical or economic bachelors or master's degree;1-3 year professional experience in energy, consulting or asset intensive industry (e.g. Electricity Transmission / Distribution, Oil Gas, Water);Understanding of the asset intensive industry context, including asset management / ISO55000;Demonstrated skill in synthesizing data through both qualitative and quantitative methods into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations; Proactivity with a quick grasp for strategic issues and how to solve those;Excellent communication skills to both internal as external stakeholders;Fluency in Italian and very good knowledge of English are required;Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
