Software Project Manager

Dematic is looking for a talented Java Project Manager to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio.
He/She will work with an international Software Team in order to develop applications for automated warehouses management based on our proprietary advanced framework.

Tasks and Qualifications: What will you do in this role?
Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ensure client satisfaction and maintain excellent relationship management Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Ensure resource availability and allocation Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting Conduct risk management What are we looking for?
A Senior candidate with the following features: Bachelor's degree in Engineering field 2/3 years of working experience as IT or SW Project Manager Previous experience as SW Programmer or Analyst Good technical background in J2EE applications development and framework knowledge (EJB, CDI, JMS, JPA) Good knowledge of the Spring framework (Boot, MVC, JPA, Hibernate) Experience with application servers (JBoss/WildFly, Glassfish) Knowledge of version control systems (CVS, SVN, GIT) and project management tools (Maven, Ant) Skills in Junit or other relevant test frameworks Good knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL) Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Availability to travel (30/40% of the time mainly in Italy) PMP certification is a plus Nice to have: Previous experience in warehouse logistics and/or industrial automation domains Web services implementation (REST, SOAP, WSDL, etc.)
Experience with virtualization environments (VMWare, Docker, etc.)
