Main Duties, Operational Tasks, Responsibilities : Collaborate with customers and partners to design, configure, and deploy EMS solutions using the Atene platform. Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to commissioning and post-deployment support. Work closely with Product Management and Development teams to address issues, provide feedback, and improve system functionality. Develop and maintain technical documentation such as configuration guides, best practices, and training materials for AVL Atene EMS. Conduct training sessions for customers and partners to ensure effective use of the platform. Develop product/application specifications to assist AVL customers in monitoring and analyzing energy consumption, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements, developing and implementing energy management strategies, conducting regular energy audits, preparing detailed reports on energy consumption, ensuring compliance with energy regulations, and managing energy efficiency projects. Qualification Requirements : Degree in Engineering, Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). 3 years of experience in energy management systems, HVAC, building automation, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols used in EMS and BMS. Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and commissioning energy management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of energy regulations and sustainability practices. Proficiency in data analysis and energy management software. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
