Per Gruppo Alberghiero nostro cliente ricerchiamo la figura di Responsabile Commerciale.
Ruolo: Responsabile delle vendite, coordina e soprintende le attività commerciali per tutti gli hotel del Gruppo coordinandosi con i Direttori e avendo cura che siano rispettate le politiche commerciali dell'azienda.
Qualifica: Responsabile commerciale
Livello di inquadramento: Commisurato al grado di esperienza, comunque Quadro o I livello
Tra le principali mansioni:
- Coordina tutta l'attività di commercializzazione e promozione delle strutture ricettive;
- Definisce e implementa il piano commerciale di gruppo e delle singole strutture ricettive;
- Redige il budget dei ricavi delle strutture in collaborazione con la Direzione della Struttura
- È responsabile del risultato economico derivante dalle azioni di vendita
- Definisce, gestisce, organizza e coordina tutte le azioni di vendita istituzionali (fiere e workshop)
- Decide gli strumenti di vendita da utilizzare
- Coordina le attività commerciali delle direzioni su base locale e ne controlla i risultati
- Seleziona, identifica e propone il personale necessario alle attività da compiere
- Gestisce e negozia gli accordi con i rappresentanti di vendita (hotel representative) ed è responsabile del loro risultato
- Gestisce il data base dei clienti
- Negozia i contratti con i clienti più importanti, Tour operator e Travel management company
- Crea prodotti commerciali e le relative strategie di vendita
Requisiti minimi:
- Ottima portafoglio di relazione con Operatori del settore.
- Spiccata predisposizione alla negoziazione
- Buone competenze manageriali
- Discreta conoscenza di nozioni amministrative
- Buone conoscenze di budgeting
- Buone conoscenze di marketing
- Buona conoscenza del mercato e del suo andamento
Posizione superiore a cui rispondere: CEO
Posizioni inferiori da coordinare: Distribution Specialist - Sales Executive (e/o rete vendita esterna)
Collabora con: Direttori delle Singole Strutture
