Per prestigiosa azienda operante nel settore dell'intelligenza artificiale applicata alla traduzione, stiamo ricercando un Translation Account Manager (con ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese) - appartenente alle categorie protette art.1 legge 68/99 - da inserire su Roma.
Sede di lavoro: Roma (zona Eur).
Si offre: contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Commercio con tredicesima e quattordicesima mensilità, orario full time 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì nella fascia oraria 9:00/18:00, buoni pasto giornalieri da 7€, l'attività può essere svolta in modalità completamente remota o ibrida, benefit aziendali (piscina, palestra, sauna, attività sportive, incentivi), retribuzione parametrata all'esperienza del candidato.
Responsabilità La risorsa che stiamo ricercando si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività:
Convertire le richieste dei clienti in offerte economiche e le offerte in progetti di traduzione.Comunicare costantemente con i clienti per comprendere a fondo le loro esigenze e offrire soluzioni personalizzate e flessibili.Contribuire in modo significativo a garantire la redditività e il successo dei progetti, favorendo la fidelizzazione dei clienti.Monitorare i propri progressi e riferire al proprio responsabile per discutere eventuali azioni strategiche necessarie.Competenze Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Iscrizione alle categorie protette art.1 legge 68/99.Esperienza nella Localizzazione e nel Gestione Account, con una conoscenza approfondita del processo di localizzazione.Ottima padronanza dell'inglese; la conoscenza di lingue aggiuntive (preferibilmente tedesco o francese) è considerata un vantaggio.Eccezionali capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione, sia scritta che verbale.Preferibile conoscenza del settore della traduzione.Preferibile conoscenza degli strumenti CAT.Competenza nelle tecnologie informatiche e web.Grande attenzione ai dettagli, unita alla capacità di pensare e adattarsi rapidamente.Forte etica lavorativa e capacità di collaborare efficacemente in team.Capacità di gestire lo stress, eccellere sotto pressione e affrontare un carico di lavoro significativo in modo efficiente.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
