Above all, Ferrari is an international team working with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, based on performance, meritocracy and continuous development, with innovation at the heart of our future.In order to strengthen our Technical Regulation and Vehicle Certification Department, we are looking to hire a Technical Regulation Specialist - Sustainability.In this position, your responsibilities will involve:Monitoring and analysing key international regulations, directives, and standards related to sustainability topics including but not limited to those pertaining to corporate sustainability reporting, deforestation, consumer empowerment for the green transition, corporate sustainability due diligence, and green claims.Effectively summarizing these complex regulatory frameworks into comprehensible information, facilitating efficient internal communication and enabling each department to understand the specific impact and implications these regulations have on their operations.Leading Ferrari's participation in regulatory industry working groups on sustainability topics, cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align organizational goals with sustainability directives.Handling rulemaking monitoring activities through Ferrari HUBs and local representatives.In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master's degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences or equivalent.
You will have gained at least 2 years' dedicated experience in a regulatory environment, preferably with a focus on sustainability.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects at a time are essential.In Ferrari, you must exhibit analytical thinking, a target-oriented approach, and structured planning.
You must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sustainable practices across the organization.
Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and awareness of the compliance responsibility that comes with your role are required.
You should be motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture, and be ready to take on challenges.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is a must for the effective completion of your daily tasks.
