Job Title: Special Equipment Specialist
About the Role:
Ferrari is seeking a highly skilled Special Equipment Specialist to join our Personalization Development Team in Maranello, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, tailor-made products that meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for component specifications in relation to the specific personalization requirement coming from the Styling Department.
• Responsible for the technical feasibility of the finishing solution including timing and development costs.
• Responsible for the development of the finishing including: specifications book, timing and validation tests and quality master.
• Integration and collaboration with the Internal Departments and Suppliers.
Requirements:
• Master-degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' dedicated experience on the design, development and delivery of single materials and integration into the components.
• Solid knowledge of wrapping leather and textile processes, painting and surface treatments.
• Ability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, strong communication skills and accountability are important skillset to manage activities and responsibility of the role.
• Fluent English is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage.
