**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Qair is an independent power producer of exclusively renewable energy developing, financing, building, and operating solar, onshore and offshore wind, hydroelectric, and green hydrogen projects for over 30 years.
Active in 21 countries across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia, the group's ambition is to become an independent leader in responsible energy.
With 650 MW of installed capacity and more than 1 GW of projects under development, financing, or commissioning, the group's 450 employees are aiming for a target capacity of more than 10 GW.
The group's expertise covers the entire energy production chain, from development to power sales, including financing, construction, operation, and decommissioning.
Based on a global and local strategy, Qair designs and implements solutions tailored to each territory and offers bespoke financial packages to local authorities and industrialists.
The position is based in Potenza with regular travels in Italy and internationally.
**MAIN TASKS**
The main duties of the Construction Project Manager are to:
- Support of the Group's subsidiaries or partner companies in the design, preparation and contractualization for the construction, as well as the follow-up of the construction of solar and wind projects;
- Create suitable models, monitor projects and involve Group subsidiaries;
- Manage the technical design of projects and technological choices for the technical and economic optimization of projects;
- Manage studies and services in-house and/or outsourced to external design offices;
- Analyse and take into account the regulatory specificities related to construction in the target countries;
- Technical support in the development phase and financing of projects;
- Establish the construction budgets of the projects;
- Draft consultation specifications, manage tenders, select companies and negotiate service, supply and/or work contracts;
- Check and implement construction insurance, manage any claims in the construction phase;
- Set up the internal organization and participate in the recruitment, training and functional supervision of the employees of the subsidiaries assigned to the construction;
- Coordinate and supervise field studies and works, manage subcontractors, facilitate site meetings, perform QHSE checks;
- Depending on the organization set up, supervise delegated Project Managers or Project Managers;
- Manage construction contracts, including amendments, disputes and receipts;
- Manage the planning and the Business Plan of projects in pre-construction and construction phase;
- Manage administrative procedures related to construction and commissioning;
- Manage the steps and/or the work of connecting to the network of projects, with the support of the Head of Connection to the Group Electrical Network;
- Supervise the commissioning of projects, removal of reservations, performance tests and transfer to the Group O&M department;
- Manage project documentation;
- Keep an eye on technological developments in your area of work.
**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
Master's degree (engineer or equivalent), with significant experience in the construction of large projects, ideally in Renewable Energies.
She/he has good interpersonal and editorial skills.
Has a network of potential local partners.
He/she is comfortable with standard IT tools.
In addition, he/she is rigorous, methodical, appreciates teamwork, and is able to work with great autonomy.
