To expand our team, we are looking for a Junior Merchandiser/Junior Operations Manager. You will report to the Operations/Commercial Manager. As the team is small, the tasks vary daily, and the environment is dynamic with lots of opportunities to grow.
Activities: Responsible for the full order management for bulk orders (entering in the system, following up with the mills & clients).Visiting the production partners to discuss processes and ensure deadlines are met.Responsible for logistics in the company; arranging all shipments, documents, and ensuring all clients are informed about their orders.Contact with international clients.Attend fabric fairs to present and note down customer requests.Manage the sampling for our customers and follow up on their specific design requests.Requirements: University degree.Precise with attention to detail.Enthusiastic with an urge to grow.Flexible and no 9-5 mentality.Autonomous with a very proactive mindset.Strong in communication.Hands-on and pragmatic approach.Fluent in English and Italian.Interest in fashion and fabrics.Work experience is a plus.Details: The position is based in Biella, the center of the fabric industry. We have no 9-5 mentality, which means we are flexible in working from home. The minimum requirement is to work 3 days from the office in central Biella.
