**Position Snapshot**:
- Nespresso in Italy, Milan Head Quarter
Undergraduates or graduates in Marketing & Communication
- Full-time internship (6 months)
- Start date: May
**Position Summary**:
The Intern will support the Brand & Communication Team (Media & Content) in managing activities related to external communication initiatives with a particular focus on Nespresso ATL & BTL (Above/Below the line) communication, influencer activations and reporting, web listening analysis.
The intern will communicate with different stakeholders, both externally (suppliers, media and creative agencies) and internally (trade and retail team).
You have the possibility to coordinate project and presentation within the brand team, taking the responsibility on small project.
She/He will be involved in all the team meeting, listening and learnings from the communication strategy.
**A day in the life of...**:
- Support Content team with approval and proof-read of different materials (DEM, digital..)
- Support in influencer planning, using Creator IQ: content approval, calendar and reporting
- Manage Web listening tool Sprinklr and Community Management to evaluate the efficacy of service and kpi achievement
- Interact with external agencies and different departments
- Manage the media tech materials (from media agency to content team)
