As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
About Aftersales Department: The Aftersales department of BYD Europe is responsible for all fleet operation, service & maintenance, technical diagnose & analysis and product improvement related topics concerning our full electric buses and trucks.
This is including, but not limited to providing technical support to our customers and service providers and continuous feedback to HQ and R&D teams internally for product improvement.
The main objective of the After-sales department is to build a relationship of mutual trust and knowledge with the customers, in order to ensure their continued satisfaction, which will benefit the business and future sales.
Responsibilities: Technical Support Undertake and assist with post-sales operational issues (e.g.
technical diagnosis, repairs and maintenance); Check and collect feedback on the technical documentation (e.g.
manuals, diagnostic diagrams, etc.
); Take a lead role in providing technical solutions for highly sensitive topics; Help Authorized Workshops implement technical updates and activity campaigns; • Create FMEA / D-FMEA reports, help improve products together with R&D and QA teams.
Support team management Supervise diagnostic tools, special equipment and spare parts in current use at authorized workshops; Collaborate with authorized workshops to provide our customers with excellent capabilities and quality of service.
Relationship with the customer Develop and maintain relationships with customers; Schedule account and operational meetings with customers; Management of customer requests and complaints.
Your profile: Engineer degree or above; Relevant experience in Maintenance is a plus.
Fresh graduates will be preferred; Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks; Self-motivated, responsible, and independent; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); Fluent in English.
Being able to speak Chinese is a plus.
