Licorne Society was commissioned by a growing Martech startup to help them find their Head of Sales Italy.

One of our clients is looking for a Head of Sales for the Italian market.

This involves joining an Italian digital acquisition agency acquired by an independent European group, with the ambition of becoming the world leader in digital acquisition.

The missions:
  1. Management of a person in the sales team
  2. Possible recruitments with the growth of the company
  3. Management of complete sales cycles on the Italian market
  4. Communication at European level in order to work on the standardization of processes with headquarters
The profile:
  1. You have at least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the world of digital agencies.
  2. You speak Italian and English fluently
  3. You have initial experience or a desire to become a manager
  4. You have a very good level of oral and written communication
