Sales Activation Specialist - Contratto a tempo determinato

In qualità di Sales Activation Specialist, ti occuperai di attività quali: visibilità dei prodotti, presa in carico degli ordini, Lead Generation e digitalizzazione del trade attraverso visite Face-to-Face nei punti vendita assegnati.
Le attività specifiche comprendono:- Presa in carico degli ordini: assicurare il livello di distribuzione e stock dei prodotti nell'area assegnata, in linea con le istruzioni e le linee guida aziendali.
- Azioni di visibilità a punto vendita: effettuare attività di visibilità, posizionamento di materiale e visual merchandising nei punti vendita assegnati, rispettando le linee guida e le istruzioni fornite dall'azienda.
- Lead Generation: supportare attivamente la lead generation tramite la formazione, l'attivazione e condivisioni dei programmi con i punti vendita assegnati.
- Digital Trade Education: facilitare la Trade Education e la digitalizzazione dei punti vendita assegnati.
- Reportistica delle attività: assicurare attraverso i sistemi informativi a disposizione e nelle giuste tempistiche, un'accurata registrazione e trasmissione delle attività effettuate.
- Esecuzione di tour plan: eseguire il Tour Plan dei punti vendita assegnati nelle tempistiche e secondo le priorità indicate dal proprio responsabile.
- Laurea triennale/magistrale; diploma di maturità con esperienza in ruoli commerciali.
- Residenza/Domicilio nelle aree limitrofe alle work location indicate; eventuale disponibilità al trasferimento in altre città in Italia.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative.
- Eccellenti competenze relazionali e di negoziazione commerciale.
- Capacità di adattamento e flessibilità.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Patente di guida rilasciata da almeno 12 mesi.
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel e PowerPoint).
- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o materie scientifiche.
- Precedenti esperienze commerciali in ambito FMCG.
- Abilità di lavorare in un contesto complesso e con deadline stringenti.
- Buona gestione dello stress.
- Team player, positive attitude e proattività.
- Spirito imprenditoriale e attenzione al dettaglio.
