Sales Manager Southern Europe
A leading global organization in the ESG sector is seeking a Sales Manager for Southern Europe to drive New Sales, Account Management and Partnerships across Italy, Spain and Portugal. This role will drive strategic client relationships with a strong focus on growth of new Clients and Partnerships. This organization plays a crucial role in providing data-driven insights for sustainable investing. This role takes charge of a massively growing market for the organization. You will focus on strengthening collaborations with major accounts and driving strategic growth. Additionally, you will engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to expanding market presence in the Southern European region, which accounts for a significant growing portion of total revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new Sales across Italy, Spain and Portugal
- Manage and grow strategic accounts, ensuring strong relationships with key clients.
- Drive Partner growth to increase the bandwidth of the market potential
- Achieve annual growth targets and contribute to broader strategic objectives.
- Represent the company at international events, marketing campaigns, and client meetings.
- Operate in a dynamic, international environment.
Who Are We Looking For?
Must-haves:
- Proven Sales Experience of New Business
- Strong experience in Real Estate Financial Asset Management - Absolute must
- Experience in Account Management and working with Strategic Partners.
- Preferred background in the ESG sector.
- Growth Mindset - Strong drive to achieve success and create impact within a growing organization.
- Experience with software- and data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
- International work experience and ability to manage global clients
- A mature professional who can handle responsibility
