From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your ChallengeAs Team Leader for Project Management (Impianti) your mission will be to:Your main activities will be:Lead a team of PMs working on large projects related to electrical substation, supply of MV Boards, PV Plants, HV Stations. This includes all steps from order opening, customer clarification, project planning setup, engineering and purchasing processes monitoring, construction and testing, to final installation and commissioning.Lead, support, control, and review the PMs team in managing project timing, costs, quality, risk identification and management, change requests and claims management. Support PMs in achieving both project targets and customer satisfaction.Cultivate, monitor, growth, and develop the PMs community's skills and competences.Support and drive project execution in compliance with laws and regulations (e.g., people and product safety, environmental protection), internal regulations (e.g., signature authorizations, project decisions and agreements with customers within Limits of Authorities) and agreed customer processes.Be a close partner to customers, establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and factories (MV/LV switchgears, inverters, etc.), and cooperate with all relevant internal functions involved in the projects by contributing to defining resource needs and relevant allocation.To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:Proven and solid work experience in project management within electrotechnical sectorBachelor or Master Degree in electrical or electrotechnical fields or equivalent work experienceAvailable to trips to Siemens or Third-party factories and construction sites whenever required, in order to lead and/or support either contracts discussion and/or checking project plan statusPassion to never-stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledgeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in ItalyWhat we offerFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options.Never stop growing: plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeysAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourselfJoin us and be yourself.
