What you will do
  1. Lead Development Team: Oversee and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and quality.
  2. Technical Oversight: Provide architectural guidance and technical direction for projects utilizing Node.js, Go, APIs, AngularJS, and ReactJS.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in software development processes, enhancing efficiency, code quality, and team productivity.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members, conducting regular reviews to ensure continuous growth and development.
  5. Collaborate: Work with Project Management and Product Management to create the planning and the roadmap, support the program execution and deliver the solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  6. Experienced team leader: Proven track record of successfully managing software engineering teams and leading projects from inception to completion.
  7. Technical Expert: Full stack expertise, with strong experience on Node.js and web technologies, with the ability to make informed architectural decisions.
  8. Effective Communicator: Excel in communication, making complex technical concepts accessible to non-technical stakeholders and team members alike.
  9. Problem Solver: Thrive on challenges and have a knack for identifying issues early, implementing solutions that align with business objectives.
  10. Adaptable and Open-Minded: Embrace change and are open to exploring new technologies and methodologies that can enhance team performance and product quality.
