- Job overview:

- We are seeking a Inside Sales for coordinator between customers, outdoor sales, agents and operations in the sales area. You would contribute to gross profit budgets and increasing revenues / volumes as well.
- In this role, you will be:

- Responsible for all (ocean and air freight, 3PL and customs) incoming quotations for clients, potentials and networks parties (foreign offices, agents, and tenders).
- Responsible for incoming RFQ's - make tenders and necessary documentation, delegation and ensure that deadlines are kept.
- Regular updating of all existing customer quotes (on regular basis)
- General inside sales backup with documentation, templates, quotes, Icon etc. both for new and existing clients.
- Completion of presentations and reports to support business relationship and opportunities
- Provide accurate and timely information to client services and operations to ensure process and administration efficiency

**Qualifications**:

- About you:

- At least 1-2 years proven sales experience within a similar organization
- Knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, market and regulations
- Strong selling & presentation skills and have solid experience in working in a diverse cultural environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and CargoWise 1 would be an asset
