**A talented junior UI & Visual Designer** aiming for excellence.

We are IBM iX, part of IBM Services. We are a group of realists and renegades with the passion of innovation and focused on our Clients’ transformation.

We leverage on IBM Garage framework, a proprietary approach in which cross-functional, empowered teams deliver a unique client co-creation experience to accelerate client transformation. With a startup speed, on an Enterprise scale.

As an IBM Services Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to join IBM Associate program — a development program designed to provide the full-spectrum of structured training, development, and practical experience necessary to successfully launch and accelerate your career.

You will create best in class user interfaces and helps provide a creative direction for all aspects of the user experience, defining the look&feel of engaging, usable and memorable services.

You will work with cross-functional teams and the Client to understand business objectives, user needs, customer targets, technical platforms and capabilities and translate them into a creative concept, design system and detailed visual designs

You’ll immediately contribute to top clients in collaboration with smart people in a dynamic environment

You’ll have the opportunity to master new skills, work across different disciplines and move into new challenges

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
A Design mindset, championing a user-centred approach

A Creative spirit, passionate about creating innovative interfaces that combines brand guidelines and current digital trends

Ability to conceptualize quickly and present in-progress work for critique

Ability to work in Atomic Design and Design System environment

Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment

Excellent communication, storytelling, and prototyping skills

Attitude and interest in a Consultant career

Previous experience as UI/Digital visual designer is highly welcomed

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
Education: Master degree in Design (i.e UX/UI, Interaction, Service, Communication or Graphic)

Experience as UX Designer

Exposure to Design Thinking, Lean UX or other co-design methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English

Italian mother language
