PIPING & LAYOUT COORDINATOR

Introduction to the Job:
We deliver international complex projects for the Heavy Industries, fully customized to match with client’s requirement, project specifications, design standards and local regulations.

We are looking for an Experienced Piping Engineer who can join our Engineering Team in HQ, Milan”

Job description

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the Piping & Layout Lead Coordinator is responsible for coordinate and lead the Piping & Layout Department, giving engineering support to the Project Teams.

Main Accountabilities:

- Managing the Workload within the Piping & Layout Department
- Ensuring proper Technical support to the Project & Proposal Teams
- Reviewing Client's technical documentation and requirements;
- Controlling subcontracted discipline engineering documents;
- Defining engineering requirements;
- Optimizing the Plant Layout ensuring mínimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance and Project Requirements;
- Assisting the preparation of all the Discipline related deliverables (i.e. P&ID, Plot Plan, General Arrangement, Isometric Drawings, etc.)
- Attending 3D Model Review Meeting
- Improving the Department Workflow
- Improving the Internal Standardization
- Capturing relevant Lessons Learned You are meant for this job if
- BS or MSc or Diploma in Relevant Discipline or Equivalent
- Fluent English and Italian
- At least 5 years of experience in the specific discipline/role;
- Similar role covered in last three projects, of comparable size;
- Relevant experience in construction/modernisation of oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects;
- Experience working on the Contractor or Vendor side.
- Knowledge of international standards in O&G industry i.e. API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, etc.
- Knowledge of CAD tools.
- Mandatory Requirement: AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks
- Excellent IT and analytical skills;
- Attention to detail, excellent communications skills;
- Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.

Contratto a tempo indeterminato e ottime possibilità di crescita economica e professionale

Stipendio: €40.000,00 - €55.000,00 all'anno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
