Currently we are looking for a
**Business Analyst **for an important client of ours

Activities

As Business Analyst within Infrastructure & Platform Operations Area you will work cross multiple teams of multi-skilled engineers dedicated to the development and support of all the IT infrastructural solutions used into the data centres, offices and warehouses. You will work also with engineers dedicated to on-boarding and integration of third party tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, team managers) to drive analysis, bring projects, features and capabilities to readiness, and develop and grow IT capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Be the go-to person for people within Infrastructure and Platform Operations teams but also for other stakeholders for the knowledge of the Systems and Software used in your domain, of the existing flows and their interactions, and of the technologies used by your team.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, building a sequenced plan of units of work and enrolling the engineer teams and project managers in understanding the needs and the work to do to meet them; this should be done both for high level analysis and detailed solutions.
- Work with your peers, architects, team managers to capture requirements and highlight dependencies in order to correctly plan the work and support project managers to build project timelines and highlighting risks associated to the roadmap delivery.
- Produce documentation including 'as-is' and 'to be' functional diagrams, technical architecture, interface analysis and, where applicable, drive User Acceptance Test based on business requirements
- Recommend improvements and new solutions to be implemented in your domain.
- Be a trusted collaborator of teams you will be working with, actively contributing to their health and promoting a culture of professionalism and honesty.
- Support the Business and the main stakeholders in defining the best processes and flows, setting in advance the right KPIs to measure the success of the different initiatives

**Preferred Technical requirements**
- A good understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience of SCRUM and Kanban approaches.
- Ability to interact with technology teams and stakeholders at all levels when talking about on-prem infrastructure (comm rooms, office, warehouse and data centres equipments) and corporate tools, given the fact that you will have interdependence and interactions with people in Operations, Facilities, HR, Customer Care but also other departments
- Experience in translating technical and business strategies into deliverable plans
- Experience in process flow definition and representation
