We believe that it's only through strong investment in talent engagement, continuous professional development, support and recognition that our people can exceed every limit and build a fulfilling career.Aligned to this goal, we offer a hybryd working policy, **allowing employees to work 9 days/month remotely.**What we are looking for**Under the supervision of the Italy Medical Marketing Manager, the **Italy Senior Event Specialist** is responsible to promote Amplifon's reputation among the medical profession, through the management of Courses, Congresses and Events of the Medical Division.**Your Responsibilities will Include**:
- Planning and organisation of medical-scientific events, through the coordination of the chosen agencies
- Management of Compliance 231 procedures concerning events
- Limited to focus on events, maintain contents on the website ORL.NEWS
- Management of communication material, gadgets and shipments required for events
- Management of suppliers such as fitters, graphic designers, printers, etc.
- Entry of purchase orders in Oracle and subsequent receipts
- Collaboration with the Field Sales Team for the best implementation of events, activating a clear and effective communication channel
- Management of the budget via monthly update in Oracle, in continuous dialogue with his/her Manager and the Finance team
- Collaboration with all company departments (Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales, etc...) in a purposeful and constructive manner
- Willingness to travel to events
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Marketing and/or Economics and/or Communication. A master's degree in event organisation will be an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience as Project Leader in medical/scientific event agencies
- Positive attitude and communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation)
- Teamwork attitude
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with particular reference to Powerpoint and Ms Excel
- Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong in planning, stakeholder involvement, anticipating steps, & attentive to deadlines
- Strong business and results orientation
- Curiosity, positivity and proactivity
