**Sommario**

Il CS Homecare rep è responsabile delle seguenti attività:
1. Gestire gli ordini provenienti dai Clienti, sotto la propria responsabilità o in supporto di altri membri del team, agendo da back-up quando necessario, applicando SOP e pratiche di lavoro definite a livello di team e garantendo un elevato livello di servizio al Cliente

2. È il primo contatto per i pazienti che contattano Baxter

3. Gestire i reclami provenienti da Clienti e Pazienti, secondo SOP e coinvolgendo tutte le altre funzioni necessarie alla risoluzione delle problematiche

4. Cooperare con le funzioni interne coinvolte nei processi del servizio clienti, come Business (Marketing & Sales Force), Finance, QA, PV, Warehouse, TDS, Technical Service

**Principali responsabilità**
- Gestire ordini, back-order e reclami garantendo un elevato livello di servizio
- Gestire le richieste commerciali e di marketing
- Servire i pazienti sotto la propria responsabilità
- Lavorare in linea con gli altri membri del team domiciliare

**Esperienza**

La funzione richiede un'esperienza nel Servizio Clienti

Settore di competenza: Process Order to cash e Patient Management
