Che supporti la Direzione per lo sviluppo della Strategia di Pricing e l’implementazione delle attività necessarie alla determinazione dei prezzi e delle politiche di vendita, per assicurare la congruità tra impianti ed azioni di vendita, la coerenza e redditività dell’attività commerciale dell’azienda, infine monitora il business, al fine di produrre analisi e reportistica sulla redditività della BU.

**Principali attività da svolgere e responsabilità**:

- Valutazione dei dati da una varietà di fonti per ottenere informazioni sulle strategie di prezzo e sulle tendenze del mercato;
- Analisi dei prezzi della concorrenza e le tendenze del mercato per aumentare la quota di mercato e la redditività;
- Applicazione di metodi di modellazione statistica per determinare il potenziale impatto delle strategie di prezzo sulla redditività;
- Evidenziare strategie di prezzo che si allineano strettamente con le tendenze del mercato e identificare nuovi segmenti di mercato;
- Previsione delle entrate e della quota di mercato in base alle tendenze del mercato, ai costi di produzione, ai margini di profitto e ai volumi di vendita.
- Collaborazione con i reparti vendite e marketing per lo sviluppo e l’implementazione di strategie di prezzo competitive;
- Sviluppo di strumenti di determinazione dei prezzi dinamici per rispondere efficacemente alle mutevoli esigenze e tendenze del mercato;
- Preparazione e presentazione dei risultati dell’analisi dei prezzi a dirigenti, team di marketing e personale di vendita;
- Costruzione e monitoraggio Business plan;
- Analisi dei piani di sviluppo/nuovi investimenti (valore teorico massimo di prodotto, occupancy storica, valore medio campagne, etc);
- Analisi dell’andamento delle revenue vs il budget e dei Prodotti vs Clienti e relativa scontistica;
- Raccolta e analisi delle trattative mercato in termini previsionali.

**La persona ricercata dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti**:

- Laurea in matematica, statistica, finanza, economia o equivalenti;
- Almeno cinque anni di esperienza come analista dei prezzi nel settore Servizi in particolare nella definizione delle strategie di prezzo e nella previsione delle entrate e della quota di mercato;
- Competenza nel software di business intelligence (BI);
- Conoscenza approfondita dei metodi statistici e dell’analisi dei dati;
- Ottime capacità analitiche e comunicative e di problem solving.
