**The role**:
As Growth Marketing Manager for Italy, you will report into our Head of Marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing a broad range of initiatives to maximise the value of HelloFresh’s customer base.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a driven, highly analytical person with strong problem solving and communication skills who is excited to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies in the world, launched in 2021 in Italy.

**What you’ll do**:

- Own our local offline growth channels (e.g. events, partnerships, gift cards), while driving their ongoing optimisation: planning, execution, tracking and reporting of the results and optimisation for future iterations,
- Monitor budget allocation and channel performance to enable scaling, in line with our local growth and profitability goals,
- Bring qualitative and quantitative sources of data to the wider Growth team to better understand general market trends as well as competitive landscape, in order to continuously improve the performance of all marketing channels and positively contribute to diversifying the marketing mix,
- Closely collaborate with Global Marketing teams to a) leverage previous experiments and initiatives from other HelloFresh geographies to derive new ideas and initiatives, while b) continually optimize our channel mix, spend, and tactics,
- Create briefings & landing pages for campaigns launch, along with voucher codes & tracking links for performance measurement
- Work across a range of x-functional internal and external teams, in a professional and action oriented manner.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Growth Marketing, Sales management, Start-up environment, eCommerce or Business Development
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making and a logical way of working; you are able to break down problems to their root cause in a systematic way
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mentality and a zest for action
- High level of initiative and a sense of responsibility
- A great communicator and a true team player
- Comprehensive understanding and use of excel/google sheets functions
- Fluent English and Italian are mandatory
