** Electrical Contract Assistant**, che si occupi di gestire contrattualmente e attivamente i servizi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria relativi alla parte elettrica.

**Principali Responsabilità**:

- Quotazione servizi di manutenzione elettrica ordinaria e straordinaria
- Analizzare diverse soluzioni per la riqualificazione e la gestione degli impianti nell’ottica dell’efficienza e del risparmio energetico
- Gestione attività di manutenzione straordinaria su Impianti Elettrici BT/MT, Trasmissione Dati e Impianti speciali (TVCC, Controllo accessi, Allarmi, sistemi di supervisione)
- Organizzare le squadre per la manutenzione periodica e per la risoluzione di guasti degli impianti speciali e di trasmissione dati
- Coordinare la direzione lavori relativa alla riqualificazione di impianti già esistenti
- Verificare che vengano eseguite le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria nella maniera corretta e che avvenga la relativa contabilizzazione
- Assicurare che le attività vengano svolte nel pieno rispetto delle normative tecniche e in materia di ambiente e sicurezza

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in ingegneria Elettrica o equivalenti
- ** Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella gestione di attività in ambito elettrico nel settore impiantistico industriale**:

- ** Pregressa esperienza nel coordinare squadre di manutentori elettrici**:

- ** Conoscenza técnica degli impianti Elettrici di Media e Bassa Tensione, Trasmissione Dati, Impianti Speciali (TVCC, Controllo accessi, Allarmi) e delle problematiche relative alla loro installazione e manutenzione**:

- ** Capacità di gestire gli aspetti contrattuali e contabili della commessa**:

- Ottimo uso del pacchetto office, gradita conoscenza di AUTOCAD 2D, gradita conoscenza di SAP
- Conoscenza normative tecniche di riferimento
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese

**Disponibilità**: asapFRAG S.r.l. is looking for an Electrical Contract Assistant, who is responsible for contractually and actively managing the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance services relating to the electrical part.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Quotation of ordinary and extraordinary electrical maintenance services
- Analyze different solutions for the redevelopment and management of plants with a view to efficiency and energy saving
- Management of extraordinary maintenance activities on LV/MV electrical systems, data transmission and special systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, supervisory systems)
- Organize teams for periodic maintenance and troubleshooting of special and data transmission systems
- Coordinate the construction management relating to the redevelopment of existing plants
- Verify that the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities are carried out correctly and that the relative accounting takes place
- Ensure that the activities are carried out in full compliance with the technical and environmental and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the management of electrical activities in the industrial plant sector
- Previous experience in coordinating electrical maintenance teams
- Technical knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical systems, data transmission, special systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and problems relating to their installation and maintenance
- Ability to manage the contractual and accounting aspects of the order
- Excellent use of the office package, knowledge of AUTOCAD 2D appreciated, knowledge of SAP appreciated
- Knowledge of technical reference standards
- Good knowledge of the English language
