As a Pastry Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent creating exquisite desserts and pastries, delivering the best culinary experience to our guests.

Your responsibilities include:

- Expertly managing pastry section, ensuring top-quality desserts and presentation.
- Creating new dessert both a la carte and for breakfast.
- Collaborating with Executive Chef and team, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Assisting in menu innovation and development, while maintaining concept alignment.
- Mentoring, training and inspiring junior staff, fostering growth and creativity.
- Setting gold standards in health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP).

**Requisiti**:
Exceed expectations revealing:

- A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and culinary.
- 2+ years' high-level hospitality experience.
- Ability in motivating pastry staff effectively.
- Autonomous order fulfilment capability.
- Ability to contribute with innovative ideas to menu development
- Capacity to excel in fast-paced, dynamic kitchens.
