We are looking for talented Automotive Technicians for Tesla's Service Centers across Italy. At Tesla, our Mechanics are the backbone of the Service operation, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. What You’ll Do
- Effettuare la manutuenzione, riparare e migliorare i veicoli: lavorando con software specifico Tesla e strumenti avanzati, eseguirai riparazioni ed interventi di manutenzione su tutti i tipi di veicoli Tesla, con e senza supervisione, in base al grado di competenza
- Garantire la massima qualitá: effettuerai riparazioni in maniera efficace e risolutiva,al primo intervento, ti occuperai dell’inspezione accurata dei veicoli da consegnare e riconsegnare ai clienti, e lavorerai con i piú alti standard di qualitá
- Collaborare: lavorando con team locali ed internazionali, offrirai e garantirai supporto, condividendo buone prassi, per poter migliorare continuamente l’esperienza di assistenza
- Prenderai in carico la tua crescita professionale: il nostro team di Formazione interno ti aiuterá a prepararti ad avere successo, fornendoti formazione riguardo alle tecnologie Tesla ed alla riparazione di Veicoli Elettrici

What you’ll do
- Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with and without supervision according to skill level
- Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards
- Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience
- Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles

What You’ll Bring
- Esperienza in ambito tecnico: esperienza professionale nella riparazione veicoli, manutenzione o assistenza técnica in ambito automotive. aereonautico, navale, industriale, meccanico o similare
- Formazione técnica: hai formazione técnica specifica e qualifiche in ambito Service. Ti occuperai di gestire autonomamente lo sviluppo continuo delle tue conoscenze e competenze
- Buone capacitá comunicative: sai parlare e scrivere in Italiano fluentemente, ed hai un livello intermedio di Inglese. Riesci ad esprimere il tuo parere in maniera chiara e rispettosa ed hai buone doti di ascolto
- Guida sicura: hai una patente di guida Europea (categoría B) e ti impegni a mantere uno storico di guida impeccabile
- Flessibilitá: sei disponible a lavorare su turni, che possono includere i weekend, per dare supporto alla tua squadra. Laddove necesario, sei disponibile a viaggiare per formazione o interventi fuori sede (Servizio Mobile o assistenza ad altri siti Tesla) ed a preparare le vetture da consegnare
- Idoneitá: sei legalmente autorizzato/a lavorare in Italia

- Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries
