**Responsabilità principali**:

- Monitorare e analizzare le performance finanziarie e operative dell'azienda.
- Preparare report periodici e presentazioni per la direzione.
- Gestire il processo di budgeting e forecasting.
- Assicurare la conformità alle normative fiscali e contabili.
- Collaborare con altri dipartimenti per ottimizzare i processi e migliorare l'efficienza operativa.
- Identificare aree di miglioramento e proporre soluzioni strategiche.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia, Finanza o disciplina affini.
- Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo di Controller o in posizione simile (minimo 3 anni).
- Ottima conoscenza dei principi contabili e delle normative fiscali.
- Competenze avanzate in Excel e familiarità con software di gestione finanziaria e ERP.
- Capacità analitiche e problem-solving.
- Buone doti di comunicazione e capacità di lavorare in team.
