**Posizione**:
Il **_Fleet & Travel Coordinator _**è di supporto gestionale, organizzativo ed operativo al Facility Management di Iliad Italia e ha le seguenti responsabilità:

- Gestire la flotta auto aziendale, dei rapporti con i fornitori e redazione reportistica di monitoraggio e analisi
- Gestire il servizio Travel, del relativo portale e dei rapporti con l’agenzia viaggi
- Gestire le convenzioni con partner commerciali (catene alberghiere, società di trasporto ferroviario ed aereo, servizi catering e di ristorazione)
- Predisporre il Piano Spostamento Casa Lavoro come previsto da normativa, definizione ed analisi dati questionario degli spostamenti per i dipendenti ed individuazione e proposta di misure migliorative della mobilità aziendale
- Gestre le convenzioni con servizi di mobilità sostenibile a beneficio dei dipendenti
- Fornire supporto nell’organizzazione di eventi aziendali
- Gestire i rapporti con i dipendenti in merito a tematiche Fleet e Travel

**Requisiti**:

- Must have_
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo
- Conoscenza in materia di fleet management
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolare Excel
- Capacità di gestione ed analisi dei dati;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;
- Flessibilità e proattività
- Nice to have_
- Esperienza in realtà strutturate con numeroso parco auto
