La figura di **Associate - QC Lab Continuous Improvement & Planning **è il punto di riferimento della Supply Chain per assicurare il rispetto del rilascio del laboratorio. E' inoltre membro attivo del team gestionale di area (Flow Team di Laboratorio), è responsabile del coordinamento del S&OP process e rappresenta il Laboratorio nel S&OP E2E meeting. Si occupa di gestire e supportare progetti di continuous improvement, individuando eventuali esigenze di formazione e consulenza in ambito Lean per tutto il personale di Laboratorio. Assicura l'applicazione delle GMP e corporate standards, nel rispetto dei requisiti di Qualità e HSE.

**Principali responsabilità del ruolo**:

- All'interno del Flow Team collabora nella preparazione del Business Plan, Resource Assessment di Laboratorio;
- Progetta, implementa e monitora un sistema di misure di eccellenza operativa, produttività, capacità e conformità per il Laboratorio QC;
- Prepara la documentazione necessaria per trasmettere ai forum assegnati le conoscenze di base di Lean & continuous improvement specifiche per il Laboratorio QC e guida progetti di produttività e continuous improvement;
- Sviluppa rigore analitico in tutti i progetti di produttività che sviluppa;
- Partecipa attivamente alle riunioni e ai forum richiesti come Lean Lab community, ecc;
- Partecipa agli SFC Meeting di fabbrica per il rispetto dei rilasci di laboratorio;
- Esegue attività di benchmarking con altri laboratori QC all'interno di Lilly per identificare e applicare le migliori pratiche nei processi interni;
- Lavora con i black-belts della fabbrica per rivedere le iniziative di miglioramento continuo;
- Gestisce scelta e acquisto di reagenti, standard, materiali di laboratorio e strumentazione;
- Contribuisce a far rispettare le Norme di Sicurezza del reparto;
- Collabora alla gestione del budget delle spese e del capital expenditures del laboratorio;
- Scrive, modifica ed esegue il training su procedure relative al suo ambito di competenza;
- Utilizza i sistemi computerizzati di gestione delle analisi di Laboratorio;
- Project manager per i change del settore di sua competenza

**Relazioni con altre funzioni**:

- Tutte le funzioni di Fabbrica e funzioni analoghe di tutte le affiliate Lilly, con stretta collaborazione con Supply Chain, Operations e QA di batch release.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea Magistrale ad indirizzo scentifico (es. Chimica, CTF, Farmacia)
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2)
- Conoscenza della metodologia Lean
- Comprovata esperienza relativa al mondo di Laboratorio, Supply chain o Operations
- Conoscenza di Office e dei sistemi informatici utilizzati in Laboratorio
- Autonomia operativa e decisionale
- Capacità di coordinamento e organizzazione
- Attitudine al team-working
