Person on this position will be primarily responsible for overall AR activities in Italy, reporting to local I2C Lead and support our local Controller with some accounting activities. Responsible to reduce bad debt exposures to a minimum and resolve any disputed items in a timely manner together with Commercial organization. It would require a close collaboration with our BPO and GBS colleagues located in Romania and Poland. Supporting process improvements, drive productivity and transparency through reporting and metrics on the collections processes in a diverse and rapidly changing environment.

**AR**:
Identify disputes and/or deductions track through resolution cycle utilizing good communication and relationship management with sales, customer service, shipping, etc
Customer Relationship Management and Business Partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance Team Members.
Ensure month end closing activities for Accounts Receivables are performed accurately and timely including reporting as per the request from I2C Lead
Support I2C Lead with various projects, identification, development and implementation of continuous process and service improvement initiatives.

**Accounting**:
Maintains one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger/Particular focus on Payroll, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Reconciliation, etc.
Interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.
Responsible for specific journal entries, helping with month-end close activity and reconciliations.
May prepare local reports and properly support transactions.
May prepare ad-hoc reports for managers and main stakeholders.
May assist with external internal and external audits
Monitor and grant the respect of main Taxes declaration and payments due date
Take care of Electronic archiving of mandatory books, BOD documentation
Provide Tax payments under the Tax office website
Take care of quarterly communication-declaration, financial questionnaire

You have:
Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent.

▪ 5 Years of relevant work experience or combination of work experience of 2 years relevant work experience and advanced education.

▪ Advanced education is a plus.

▪ Preferred experience in accounts receivable.

▪ Proficient in utilizing accounting software (Agenzia delle Entrate - Desktop Telematico - Entratel - F24 - Agenzia della riscossione - Special payment method - UIC - Istat and CCIAA website ).

Strong analytical skills

▪ Be able to explain financial concepts clearly and concisely

▪ Excellent Customer Service skills

▪ Excellent Communication skills (oral and written)

▪ Positive attitude, proactive and flexible.

▪ Good organization skills (time management) and problem-solving skills. Forward and process thinking, be able to identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organization to run efficiently

▪ Ability to deal with competing priorities and projects

▪ Excellent skills with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP or High Radius an advantage

▪ Strong analytical skills and good understanding of accounting principles, including Accounts Receivables and credit management.

▪ Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €33.000,00 - €50.000,00 all'anno
