Per azienda cliente, operante nel settore dell'hospitality, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Sales Manager altamente qualificato/a che abbia comprovata esperienza in resort di alta gamma con più outlet.
**Responsibilities**

Il/la professionista riporterà al GM e avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Sviluppare e implementare strategie di vendita per aumentare il volume di affari della struttura;
- Sviluppare new business con tour operator, agenzie viaggio e agenzie di organizzazione eventi sia in Italia che all'estero;
- Monitorare e analizzare costantemente il mercato per individuare opportunità di business;
- Collaborare con il team di marketing per sviluppare materiali promozionali e strategie di comunicazione efficaci;
- Partecipare a fiere, eventi e presentazioni per promuovere la struttura;
- Monitorare e raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita stabiliti dall'azienda.

**Your Profile**

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea in Economia, Marketing (preferibile);
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel sales nel settore hospitality;
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di clienti chiave e nel raggiungimento di obiettivi di vendita;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione;
- Conoscenza approfondita del mercato e delle tendenze del settore;
- Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo.
