The Hoxton is getting ready to open its doors in Florence, capital of Italy's Tuscany region and home to some of the world's most famous masterpieces of Renaissance art, architecture and monuments. This eye-candy city is packed with culture and is the birthplace of gelato – we did not need any persuading to make it our second home in the country.
The Hoxton in Florence will feature 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard. There is also a basement meeting and events space.
More about us… The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we've never just been about offering a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: proving style doesn't need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.
Job Description
What you'll do… Working closely with our Cluster Director of Sales, you will actively win over new business and manage key relationships while working towards segment revenue goals and KPIs. Responsible for driving corporate room nights into The Hoxton Edinburgh from both global and local accounts in line with the hotel's strategies and budgets. Generate new business through market research and liaising closely with Accor and The Hoxton global sales team. We'll look to you to build up account management plans, making sure you're "in the know" on the latest market news and competitor insights too. Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to source, drive and grow our revenues from your managed accounts. Responsible for ensuring Agency 360 reports are utilised to review market penetration, grow market share from account base and look for new business opportunities. Ensure rate loading accuracy across account base and that rates are loaded and bookable by given deadlines. Organise show rounds, HOX sleepovers, familiarisation trips, office visits and presentations to maximise The Hoxton's exposure amongst key decision makers. Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities.

Someone with high energy, ready to represent The Hoxton brand at industry networking events and sales calls & trips.
