**Job Summary**:
The Services Account Manager engages with the Customer on opportunities related to service business and quality improvements. You will lead the customer relationship and will contribute the service sale growth through deep knowledge of customer operations and needs, account management, and service coordination.

You will be responsible for South Europe

**What you will do**:
As our new Services Account Manager, you will:
Lead customer relationship from a service perspective through a structured communication approach.
Lead understanding of customer needs through proactive and continuous customer diagnosis and analysis.
Lead creation of service account plans in collaboration with a Key Account Team. Lead implementation and follow-up in alignment with customer and KAM-team.
Lead creation of quality plans and participate in implementation and follow-up of targets per Key Account in line with customer and KAM-team.
Lead opportunity management, cross selling and up selling and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals.
Lead growth of profitable service contracts.
Participate in follow-up value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability on service business.
Participate in the resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communications with the customer.
Work cross functionally to secure Business Growth and customer satisfaction.

**We believe you have**:
College graduate in business/administration/engineering or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3-year experience in B2B sales and service areas.
Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
Experience in customer management.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
Can demonstrate analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Leadership skills, ability to engage people on different levels, internally and externally.
Strong active listening skills with developed commercial sense.
Ability to work in a cross-functional Team environment;
Proven track record of sales achievements.
Willingness to travel/drive extensively.

Preferably, you come from the Services Industry.
