**Job Summary**:
**Services Support Manager** is head of the Services Account Representatives and is responsible for keeping the team running efficiently, delivering profitability, and ensuring compliance with relevant processes. The role provides responsibility for excellent customer service and customer satisfaction increase, loyalty and retention. In addition to the managerial role, the Services Support Manager can be operational responsible for some customers.

The position is located in Rubiera, (RE) - Italy

You will be responsible for South Europe

**What you will do**:
As our new** Services Support Manager**, you will:

- Lead the services support team by coordinating maintenance management with customers and ensuring right coordination between planning of our service force with right delivery of spare parts focusing on quality, profitability and correct administration of services delivery.
- Lead team KPIs and take actions to reach agreed performance targets.
- Lead services sales support activities through close collaboration with Services Director and services sales team.

**We believe you have**:

- College graduate in business/administration/engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3-year experience in B2B sales and service areas.
- Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
- Experience in customer management.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Can demonstrate analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Leadership skills, ability to engage people on different levels, internally and externally.
- Strong active listening skills with developed commercial sense.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional Team environment.
- Proven track record of sales achievements.
- Willingness to travel/drive extensively.

Preferably, you come from Services Industry.
