We are looking for a **Vehicle Configuration Engineering **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Product Marketing **and functionally to the** Coordination of Vehicle Configuration & Digitalization**.**
You will be responsible for the definition of product line offer and configuration, specifically the commercial bill of material based on technical, design and commercial rules. You will ensure data consistency for sales order management and product configuration tool. You will also support the Team coordinator in defining processes, best practices and related procedures.
Your main activities will be:
- Involvement since the concept phase of new projects to ensure reciprocity between technical and commercial bill of material and full respect of production and supply chain requirements and constraints
- Taking care of product data inside the order management system, support sales network in order creation, modification and in case of system update
- Coordinating business partners activities, monitoring and approving digital content development and readiness, according to project timeline and main deadlines
- Maintaining Product Configurator taking care of data consistency, configuration rules, contents and rendering reliability
- Suggesting, requiring, testing and approving software developments for any IT system or tool that supports product offer management from customer order configuration to invoice
- Cooperating with R&D, Logistics, Sales to ensure the release of new contents according to the Project Plan
**About you**
- University Degree in Engineering, Economics or Marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in data complexity management, process design and related IT solutions
- Product Information and Configuration systems
- Virtual models
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SAP, Salesforce
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
- Strong aptitude to data complexity, data management and classification

- Ability to work under pressure, arrange activities and deliverables to fulfill any sudden change in project schedule
