La/lo **Logistics Manager** **pianifica e gestisce in maniera strategica la logística e il magazzino di prodotto finito della nostra Azienda**, implementando best practices, politiche e procedure con lo scopo di migliorare le prestazioni operative, agendo in conformità con gli standard e gli obiettivi di servizio al Cliente definiti.

**Tra i suoi affidamenti**:

- organizzare le operazioni di accettazione, di magazzino e di spedizione in collegamento con gli stakeholder interni;
- partecipare al miglioramento del layout delle strutture di magazzino al fine di migliorare il ciclo completo della logística di vendita;
- effettuare il monitoraggio dell'inventario in conformità con gli standard e le periodicità definite;
- raggiungere gli obiettivi di costo, produttività e tempestività;
- eseguire la gestione del budget e dei progetti e riferisce regolarmente al direttore industriale;
- assicurare efficienza, manutenzione e accuratezza dei sistemi informatici in uso;
- supervisionare, formare e orientare il personale addetto alla logística.

La risorsa ideale ha doti di **leadership, di risoluzione dei problemi e di comunicazione.**

E’ una persona con **esperienza gestionale in contesti industriali ceramici **e tra i suoi asset ha una **visione olistica della logística.**
