We are looking for an **Operations Control Specialist** to join our team in Maranello (MO).

**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:

- Reporting and analyzing on daily basis contract and operational performance
- Tracking all cost related KPIs (i.e., Worked hours, maintenance, project, utilities)
- Analyzing processes and identifying possible areas of improvement through analysis of kpi’s
- Identifying, investigating, and reporting inefficiencies and waste
- Tracking complaints and reporting them to contract manager
- Preparing and filing reports
- Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Quality standard and Ethical code

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You hold Bachelor’s or Master Degree
- You have already managed similar challenges for at least 3 years
- You have a strong problem-solving attitude and critical thinking
- You speak English fluently
- You have strong communication skills
- You like tidying things up
- You have an analytical mindset and can see details in the chaos
- You are proficient in MS Office
