In order to strengthen our engineering team we are looking to hire a Hybrid Powertrain Control Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy). In this position, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring hybrid powertrain control systems.

As part of the team, you will responsabile of:

- Power Unit data analysis for model correlation and problem analysis and solving.

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering. And you will have gained at least 3 years’ dedicated experience in modelling hybrid systems and in developing hybrid powertrain controls.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically, including attention to details and critical thinking ability. It is important to be proactive proposing new solutions to optimize all the processes and activities. Matlab and Simulink programming are mandatory to manage the activities.

Fluent English is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage. We appreciate individuals with experience outside their country of origin, allowing for a multicultural mindset.
